I think some the synthetic stuff stayed on the street. I came to this conclusion as I tried, very hard, to read and make sense of superj's posting... Get rid of that stuff superj.
Why on Earth would they do that? Are they that hard up for business? Asking for trouble there..
Not much substance in this story. Everyday occurance. Very slow news day it seems..
Perfect location for an Asian food buffet.
I have to disagree that this is the "best" in the Crossroads. Right here in Victoria, 3 places have it going on for some outstanding brisket. No need to drive all the way to Fannin. Mumphord's, Mearl's on South Moody, and the little trailer at lunchtime at Houston Highway and John Stockbauer are all delish. Try them if you haven't.
"We've got to prepare now for the time when those jobs aren't there," ... Continue to think small, continue remain a small town, continue to not plan for growth, its the Victoria way.
I wonder how much money is saved not having to pay an employee or employees that would have had to handle these transactions manually. With credit cards it is all computerized, in place of a person.
Prison, right where he needs to stay.
