I took an entirely different way. To me despite jordankj claiming that they don't race when other cars are around, the fact is sometimess they are and when they are he does not like it.

You are a criminal when you do something illegal. What part of that do you not understand? No there are smart criminals out there I agree, but if you can't understand that doing something illegal is a criminal act then I is safe to assume you are not one of the smart criminals. As far as lower than me that is an opinion that I am entitled to.
You also say "you will never end street racing,and it's probably best you just deal with it and move on with your life."
That has got to be the most childish comment I have ever seen on these boards. We will deal with it, but we won't just move on. We will get our police involved and they will deal with you and the rest of your criminal buddies.

I got that Mr. Ure doesn't care about the good ol boy system and does whats right in spite of political ties, which might just cost Garrett and others their jobs.
I also see like you, how she accuses Mr. Ure of micro managing, but insits she be informed of every little detail. If all her departments heads have the same order to report everything to her, when would she have time to do anything else. Her office would be a flood of phone calls and visits from department heads.
As the article reads "She gave several examples, including the hiring of an event planner for Bootfest, but Ure continued to micro-manage instead of provide direction, according to the evaluation."
According to Garrett ""This prevented Bruce from working on other projects with departments,"
If her office is flooded with phone calls and visits, when would she herself have time to do her responsibilites.
The way I see it, you hire someone who is capable of making a decision without running every little detail by the boss. As an employer myself, I like employees who can think for themselves and only bother me to get specific direction form time to time.
lawdawger you are wasing your time. The ViCad is great at initial reporting from one side and not both, and even better at not follow up reporting,even when guided where to look.
