Thanks everyone for your support. I do hope to find some answers to the questions i have. I feel these answers will make things easier. Even though my father was going through a difficult battle in life and didn't make the right decisions, its hard to believe he wasn't being watched prior to his death.
Famillyman1122 is correct about everyone having an expiration time on earth but that doesn't mean some factors cant be avoided.
In my encounters with the great men and women, protectors of law (law enforcement) it seems that in the process of booking a suspect (esp one that is under the influence) it would be imperative to rid them of any such material that they might harm themselves with such as sweater strings. Hopefully the Victoria Advocate does a follow up and comes across some of the more important details in the matter.
hello everyone, patrick charles kinney was my dad. over the last few months i havnt been close to him since im in the army serving our country (very proud of doing so). It is really sad to see what my dad had become over the last few months. He was actually a resident of league city texas. Its been hard for me to find anything out about this matter since im stationed away from victoria. It is indeed hard to see that this event went by unseen. please help me find out what happened exactly to him for there was a time he was a very great man and i feel during that period he properly raised me to be the young man i am today. any answers would be much appreciated.
