As a family who has lost 3 young people due to accidents, I know this pain first hand so lets all just pray for all involved, especially Kylar's family. Kylar is now in God's arms.

People need to take responsibility for any dog they own, but it is a fact that put bulls can be very dangerous even if raised as a family pet, look up dangerous dogs and read the many documented deaths caused by pit bulls and none were provoked by the person killed, and most were considered to be family pets and killed family members. I pray for the family of Kylar.

Ok people, really, who causes most wrecks? Young people because they are so busy doing the following; talking or texting on cells, talking to their friends in the car, putting on makeup, eating, hungover, stressed about the latest dramas in their lives, in a hurry to get to the latest party, in a hurry to get home from parties so they won't get grounded, driving too fast, and most of all, disrespecting other drivers, need I go on.

True that some older people may take prescription medication, but the younger people are more apt to do illegal drugs and drink, so which would cause more harm. Also, most younger drivers get less sleep and trend to be tired more often. My mother drove until she was 90 and I would have much rather rode with her than my teenagers.

Now, answer, I think all drivers under age 25 should have to take a driving test every year. I worked for 13 years now in ER, and I have seen many parents cry over their dead or mangled kids who were in a wreck than older
    people.

If a person wants to die, they should just kill themsleves, not others. Now this child will have to live with what happened for the rest of her life.

I am a foster/adopt parent. My adopted son is 19, and I have had many hard days trying to help him become a whole person. As a foster parent I also learned fast that these children have learned the art of manipulation at a very early age, also they all lie as a defense mechanism. This is one of the ways they control their life. I will not comment on the alleged abuse of her son, but I will say from the experience I have had with taking very specialized children in my home, this boy has been manipulating his adoptive mother for many years and continues to do. While I do feel her pain it is obvious by him doing things until he turns blue, he is manipulating his mother as he has for years. It appears that he needs much more help than his mother can give him. The next stop for him may be prison if he does not learn to control his behaviors, and if this happens his mother will not be able to intervene.

Bike riders should stay off any hwy where the speed limit is over 30 mph as another person has said. I think it is very dangerous for anyone to ride a bike on any roadway if the speed limit is over 30 mph. And no, anyone who hits a biker is not an idiot. Sometimes bike riders are hard to see until you are right upon them.

I agree with familyman1122, they need to change the law back to when a person had to ride the bike against the traffic. The person in the car can see them better and the person on the bike is able to see the car.
