"it would interfere with my golfing (3 courses to play here you know, on top of that SA and Houston golf course) / fishing (some of the best bay fishing in the state around here) / hunting hell, come to think of it, work interferes with all the above too. a budget of 160mil should be a very manageable amount for experienced, competent people. sadly, the vict area govt seems to be lacking, and i see no relief is on the next ballot. you can only hope the yahoo's balance each other out and don't sink the whole place. "I think you should hurry right over and make yourself known to the County Judge and to the Commissioners Court. They will love a guy like you. You share some of their fiscal philosophy in that you apparently have a problem cutting wasteful spending from the budget. You could possibly bring a breath of fresh air to the Court."

    Report a Violation
"Let me ask you a question.... If someone started beating you with brass knuckles (which any intelligent person would know was considered a deadly weapon) wouldn't you defend yourself with whatever force needed..... As far as the 11 times that shows that the young man wasn't in his right mind when fighting for his life. According to the witnesses, Lance threw the first punch... the cops have the brass knuckles he used..... he was not a guest as indicated by his brothers (who were not there either).... he was told over 12 times to leave by the property owner and other individuals at the residence..... and he was ultimately the one who put his life in the balance because of his actions. Sorry for your loss but the only young man that should be held responsible for this tragedy is the one who assaulted the residents, who was trespassing, who do to his own actions caused his family irreversible pain. He and he alone should pay for his criminal actions. If someone comes on my property and assaults me I can guarantee I will use whatever force needed to protect myself and my family, and I'm sure you would too. "
