I think the best way to solve the problem would be to make the current entrance the only entrance and make a new exit only. I dropped off my kids this morning at VEHS and the long line was mostly due to the kids driving to school (only 1 lane into the student parking), which held up the parents dropping off that just come and go quickly. If they make the two left lanes to enter the student parking, the 3rd lane drop-off in front and the 4th to pass to the rear (mostly athletics) I really think this would work.
