Ironic that my verification word to be able to post a comment was "fiction"...because that's exactly what this case apparently consisted of: fictional accounts from unreliable witnesses with sordid drug pasts. What the DA failed to share was that despite Mr. Harvey's criminal history, none of his convictions were for violent crimes and all were a result of his addiction to crack cocaine. Where was his defense attorney in all this?!
