Just remember April you do not have to accept the friend request from mom. When I got on facebook my daughter sent ME the friend request. Also having family of my own in New Zealand (my husband is from there) it is great to get to keep in touch on such an easy basis.

I just finished watching the President's speech and I am so ashamed that VISD chose not to allow our children see this message. The message sent had NO political agenda it was a timeless address to all to strive to do their best. Students in this community need this reminder - especially now when dropping out seems to be a continuing problem. WAKE UP Victoria we are failing our children on so many levels!!!

I am not, but my daughter is going with the National Youth Leadership group.  I am so happy and excited for her!!
