Good. This is not the first time this kid has been in trouble with the law. Give them a good enough punishment the first time and maybe they might learn a lesson that they can't just commit crime and get away with it. He practically had a college football career handed to him and screwed it up. Better for Blinn they won't have to put up with him.
Boy Mr. Salazar this looks really bad. Just be truthful and tell people what really happened. Did someone drop the ball on this? Is it something you did? Was it Disney? Be honest with all the people that purchased tickets so they know the truth. Not one cancellation but two. Something is fishy here.
I have been waiting for this. I live out around this young dad. I drive past the residence everyday.There is no way Kylar made it to the persons house where he was found by himself. There is way too much brush to walk barefooted and along a road where someone is always passing thru. Someone put that baby in the yard with those dogs. If you don't believe me, drive the route from the boys house to where he was found. See for yourself. Why do you think it took so long for the indictments to come out? That baby was not mauled by no dog. CPS shouldve done their job the first time and removed him from his fathers care.
The first thing I would have done was press charges. The mother just said it is "ok" to steal someones car, wreck it, and cause serious injury to others. The parents of the kid with the broken back would be wise to press charges so he can't hurt anyone else. He could have killed all his passengers.
What happened with Megan Baylis who came from South Africa? She was pregnant; had no job, no money and lived in a tent with her dad for awhile. I believe she lived in the Ezzell area. She did give birth to a baby girl but had to return to Africa because she was here on a VISA.
Law Enforcement's role in the community "should be to issue a traffic citation when someone caused an accident." Over the last week, there have been about 3 accidents where someone ran a red light and hit someone, clipped another car and rear ended someone. None of these were given a citation. And we wonder why people drive like maniacs.
WOW. I think Coach Elkins will do a great job. Hopefully he will stick around for more than two seasons to really see a difference. I do have to say that he will have his hands full. I hope he gets the parents support and gets kids respect. I know the school board will support him. All the luck!!!!!!!!! and success.
