Buy and keep food in an automatic duck feeder. So people who forget bread, can buy food for the ducks.

Were they thinking about blowing up the school? This is very, very scary. A bomb threat?

You need to get a Flu A test as soon as possible if your kid has a fever, cough, aches, etc. Then get your doctor to prescribe tamiflu asap if the test is positive. That is all you can do to lessen the illness, then take tylenol, for fever, etc. Keep your child at home until she is well. If your child is not sick, send germ-x with her to school and instruct her to use it all day long. Especially after touching door handles, before and after lunch, etc. Get a flu shot to lessen the illness if you haven't done so.

Don't you love the way they say they haven't had any positive H1N1 cases when in fact they can't test for H1N1?

Let me put it in the simplest terms. Kid goes in for a flu test. The flu test is positive for Flu A. What they don't tell you is a positive Flu A test is also a positive swine flu test. State of Texas refuses to confirm a positive Flu A test for swine flu now because they are swamped. The only place you can get a positive swine flu test confirmation is at the state level, as well. Therefore, every positive Flu A test right now is being considered swine flu because Flu A doesn't come out in the summer months.

Folks, let me tell you right now. H1N1 flu is tested with the Flu A test. If it is positive, it is presumed to be swine flu at this time. The state of Texas will not do a confirmatory H1N1 flu test on anyone that is not in the hospital or already dead, (like in Bloomington). There has never been flu A or B during the summer months. Right now, all flu is swine flu.
