Well the Dress Code is not going to help the students learn. It's just going to make things worse. Students will be in ISS for not wanting to follow the rules. And if they are in ISS, then they won't be in class learning. Parents, think about this. Do you want your children to be held away from their education just for clothes? Not to mention children wil not like these rules and drop out.
