  • scorpio - thanks for your reply, i was thinking just to rent it for $1,000  and $1,200 deposit instead of $1,200 rent and $1,200 deposit. The house is 2 streets away from Vickers school and the neighbors are wonderful people. To be honest our neighbors are retired except one and good thing if you have children is she has a home daycare. The house isnt in wonderful condition but in nice condition, what can you say for a house that was built in the late 60's. I mean its still standing and our inspector we had when we bought the house said the house has good bones and will stand forever. we need to fill in some gaps in the grout around some bricks and re-seal the house but otherwise its a cute house. another thing i forgot to mention is the house just got new storm windows about 5-8 years ago.

rg201508 - I wish I could help you out for real but if we take $650 a month we would have to pay the remainder of $350 just to make the house payment. We are just wanting to rent it for how much we pay just so we are not paying 1 house payment and rent in our new location.

I would hate to sell this house if we cant find good renters but we will have to do what he have to do.

again thanks for your replies. :)
