JULIE: Perhaps these last six months have been God's gift to you. Surely, regardless of our love and efforts, nobody could fault you for not being able to fix your dad. Is it possible that you were able to fix something between you and your dad or another family member during those months? Please remember that only God can fix your dad at this time. Dear Lord, please send Julie and her family all the strength, wisdom, love and compassion they need to get through whatever is in store for them regarding this matter. Help her understand that in times of great stress many people don't always act and react in "normal" ways and she may be one of those with no shame to her. As mortals we are allowed to fall apart at times and folks grieve in different ways. Lord, please have Your Holy Spirit give Julie a big hug so she'll feel Your love. Thanks for whatever You do for Julie's family now, in Jesus' name. Amen
