A month ago I had a problem with my boss because some important files missing. All my friends had also got same problem like me. Some important folders suddenly disappear from the computer. Eventually my boss decided to keep records not only in form of computer data files but also real. For that we need to used file cabinet to store all the files. And of course also help us in finding our archive store when we need it.

In public schools, files would disappear if there was any controversy involved, like but that isn't the paper my kid turned. I saw his paper. Scan, save, bring thumb drive to conference. What working gals have to do to survive! Just remember that in this day and age, you need your job. The thumb drive can be locked up in your desk, and only brought out if the big guns are needed.
