I woke up at 11 a.m., (yes, 11 a.m.), grabbed the paper and like many Victorians, turned straight to Aprill Brandon's column.
No matter how late you get to sleep in, a hearty laugh and a few, "oh no she didn'ts" start the day off right.
(And I'm not just plugging her because she sits near me in the newsroom and has an intimidating stare).
If you haven't already, check out Aprill's letter to Santa, where, on behalf of the world, she pleas for calorie-free cheesecake, among other things.
That brings us to today's question: What do you want for Christmas?
I get to fly home to see my family on Christmas, so I couldn't ask for much else. But if I end up with a new camera, I won't complain either.
I'll be in Fossati's a little longer, then heading to Blue Quail in Goliad. Let me know what you want for Christmas this year.

December 2, 2010 at 4:44 p.m.I know, I know - I was playing the opportunistic joker!

December 1, 2010 at 10:16 p.m.@KyleC I should clarify. You can tell me all the "prezzies" you want... I made no promises to buy them :)

Are you buying me prezzies this year then? Goliad doesn't have the stores I need you to go to - call me ASAP!
