• Thats part of the problem in Victoria. Just take a look around the next time you are at a stop light. You will have an excellent opportunity to see all the people that are capable of thinking at 5 mph while trying to drive over 40 mph.
Now toss in a handful of over 80 drivers trying to maintain 15 mph below the speed limit, another handful of people that think theirs is the only vehicle on the road, and another handful of cell phone users that are barely capable of breathing and standing up at the same time. This all makes for a great situation.

Stupid people are everywhere. I think Victoria was blessed with more than her share of them.

I have been so concerned about the continuous wrecks, I have witnessed so many times that many of the people in the Victoria area are very rushed & under pressure, they talk very fast & seem to be grumpy & un happy a lot of the time.

In the South we used to talk & move slow & show southern hospitality & be more neghborly.

I just wonder if what I have described crosses over into the driving habits & then translates into more wrecks?
