Why don't we all look at the whole picture? A crime happened so what about the whole bond amount no bonds are ever the same...it up to the magistrate .. so move on ask for a bond reduction....get started when the other process and leave the poor magistrate alone she just did her job and that was all. lets look at the whole pictures and be done

November 21, 2009 at 8:18 a.m.Unfortunately I've been out of town and have only heard bits and pieces, like, one of the perpetrators is the step-son of a law enforcement officer? Why is "bond reduction" being mentioned?
$150,000 damage was done-so-make the bond fit the crime-no? KEEP THE BOND APPROPRIATE FOR THE CRIME SO THEY LEARN A LESSON- if that is possible.
Make them pay for the damages-with interest. Garnish their wages until it's paid for-JUST LIKE CHILD SUPPORT!
