what in the world???? Why is there so much trash on every vacant lot in town? I travel all over Texas and I have never seen trash spewed everywhere in other towns. Where is it coming from?

Well Im glad I was not the only one seeing this as a issue. It comes from lazzy people who dont know how to pick up after them selfs or dont know what a trash can is. One thing I have noticed about Victoria when it comes down to this type of issue. Is to contact the city enforcement officer and start reporting it. Or I might think some of us needs to go to a city council meeting and voice this out. The city will step up if it needs to be done but yes sad if someone has to report it why cant they see it as we do. But yes contact the city enforcement officer with a location and they will find the owner and tell them to get the act togther or its fine time. Its been done befor and Im sure they will do it again. That goes for the other issues around town that makes this city look like trash. But we as citizens need to speak up.
