Candidate Jeff Lyon -- single-member District 1 candidate

We will broadcast Jeff Lyon today at 11 a.m. He is a candidate in the three-way race for single-member District 1 on the Victoria City Council. His opponents are Henry Perez and Denice Rangel.

    When is the candidate for district 3(I think thats the one I'm in) going to be there. Who are they? I may seem confused but they never say where the districts are. I live on the northside and I belive that its dristrict 3 .Is thta correct.
