We will stream live video on our Web site when we host single-member District 4 candidate James Martinez today at 1:30 p.m. Martinez is challenging incumbent David Hagan for the Victoria City Council seat.

    When will the interview post?

    Until then, folks who want to meet James can come to Halepaska's on John Stockbauer, on Saturday, April 18th starting at 8:30 a.m.

    James will be available to answer your questions and hear your concerns. Come out and meet James! You won't be disappointed.
