Good morning, I will be taking ideas you sent me and called me about to the board meeting today.
It's not too late. If you have an idea for an editorial, post it on this blog.
A couple of the ideas we received include mention of the Ronald Reagan statue in the capitol and the cost of legal protection for city officials.
I will post the week's considerations after the board meeting today.

Thanks, Mr. Delaney for the consideration of the dedication of the Reagan statue. There was a picture a few days ago of President Obama and Mrs. Nancy Reagan walking arm in arm published in the Houston Chronicle; I imagine it was an API or UP pic (forgive me if I got those terms wrong). It was such a touching picture; might I suggest a small snippet of something similar, or a pic of the statue itself to accompany an article, if there is to be one? Thank you again.
