  • From what I read of the court procedings, the prosecution failed to present a strong enough case for conviction. Regardless of whether or not she is guilty or innocent, the only verdict that they could have rendered was not guilty. There simply was no evidence to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Regardless of how they felt, the jury reached the same verdict that I would have, given the evidence.
    So, if anyone should shoulder blame, it would be the prosecution, not the jury. The jury did their job as instructed by the judge.

  • It's a done deal. I would not confront them. They did the best they could given the evidence they got. Jury duty is such a trying thing so they should be left alone. BUT YOU KNOW THEY WILL BE HOUNDED BY THE PRESS!!
