Help us find local examples of questionable zoning realities

How many Victoria zoning examples do you know of where a business is located next door to a home? An upscale neighborhood adjoining a rundown home or neighborhood?

Help us locate as many of these examples as possible.

We're looking into Victoria's zoning -- or lack thereof, as it may be -- and comparing it to other cities.

One idea is to look at Sugar Land's zoning. Sugar Land is, by many standards, an upscale, well-planned community. Do you know of other examples?
