Updated: After Claudette, did your power go out for more than a week?

I'm doing a story on lessons power companies learned after Hurricane Claudette -- and plans in place to ensure we won't be without power for too long if Ike knocks down lines.

One power company spokesman told me that his company had power to homes that could accept power after Claudette within a week.

But I've heard horror stories from folks who say their power was out for weeks, and in some cases months.

Was your power out for more than a week after Claudette? If so, I want to talk to you.
