Anyone see the stranded deer in the water off Port O'Connor?

A much-talked-about deer - a red stag - was stranded on a sand bar off the coast of Port O'Connor earlier this week. The deer had walked the community and drummed lighthearted conversation for some time, locals say.

When it was found stranded off the beach, the U.S. Coast Guard was called.

We're covering the story and hoping someone out there has photos. Did you see the stranded deer? Did you photograph it?
