With Halloween right around the corner, I'm compiling a list of area haunted places.

I've gathered quite a few alleged haunted grounds -- the courthouse and Presidio-La Bahia, for starters.

Know any ghost tales or any other areas in the region haunted by spirits, ghosts or worse?

This will be a light-hearted (if ghosts can be taken lightly) feature we plan to publish in coming weeks.
