Does Victoria County lack young, college educated residents?

Advocate reporter Erica Rodriguez stopped by my desk with an interesting question: Does Victoria County lack young, college educated residents?

She had a hunch, and her hunch was correct. The county lacks an ample number of young, educated folks.

To determine this, we crunched some data provided by the U.S. Census Bureau's American Community Survey, which was released in recent weeks. Erica is considering doing a story on this.
