Coming late to the dance. Not many actual,real students for all of the hooplah. I haven't read everything about this situation but what happens if the bill DOESN"T pass in the lege? Is that a possibility or have all of the appropriate palms been lubricated properly? I make that analogy because I'm from Louisiana and that's the way things get done there.
