It appears the strip club is the true "culprit". Jeffrey Darnell Paul designed it (reportedly) with little thought as to it's true message. Designed something his client had requested. He erred in poor judgement in the acceptation of work for the "The Office"; and failure to review his work as to sensibility prior to releasing it to the customer.
For those of you who asked, the flyer was designed by Miami Beach graphic designer Jeffrey Darnell Paul.
Paul, who owns and runs South Side Graphix, lists on the flyer that his contact number is 786-326-9242. He designed the flyer for The Office strip club, located in Miami at 250 Northeast 183rd Street.

I thought the flyer was definitely inappropriate but who is responsible for it?? Also, I do agree with some of the comments made CaptAmer made. If you want respect, earn it. Don't act like thugs and you won't be treated like one. And about the slavery, it is shameful that it happened. But I agree, move on and quit using that as a crutch for the way you act.
What was the dream? That we would be unshackled from the "manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination." He reminded protesters to remain peaceful. His dream was the American dream: life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. His dream was that America would practice what it preached: "We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal." He had a dream that there would be peace and forgiveness, brotherhood, among blacks and whites. He had a dream of justice for all. He had a dream that America could be made up of people who judged each other NOT by their skin, but by "the content of their character."
He had a dream that we would all be free from bigotry.
I found the flier extremely humorous. Grow-up Afro Americans, MLK only had dream not reality. Maybe we would give you more respect but every time we turn around it’s another black athlete getting arrested, rioting in a mall over a rap artist, or a shooting in black neighborhood. If it wasn't for slavery you wouldn't be here, slavery is over and maybe it’s time that you got over it too.
