Texas ISD's with double standards on Sept. 21??

Arlington schools' decisions on presidential speeches...re:Dallas Morning News 07:34 AM CDT on Thursday, September 10, 2009

President George W. Bush and his wife, Laura, will address fifth-graders, including some from Arlington, Dallas andd Forth Worth during the school day on Sept. 21 at Cowboys Stadium. The Bushes will be co-chairs of an educational, community service and art project for Super Bowl XLV that's being described as the largest of its kind in the country aimed at elementary schoolchildren. News of the Bushes' participation came as the topic of presidential speeches to schoolchildren has generated headlines nationwide. President Barack Obama gave a televised speech Tuesday directed at children. The president's critics accused him of politicizing the classroom before the speech. - These 3 isd's are gonna bus kids and miss school to see a former president speak on his agenda. chaching!

But did the 3 districts perform censorship to a live speech from President Obama?

Is any local district going to this "field trip"?

    It seems like you want to post a comment(iditorial) to a story, if that was the case, I could post Catahula comment if I wante do to back my comment. Not that I would do it, most of the time I dont agreed with him due to his tunnel vision but I will give him this one to him, cutting and pasting someone's comment is sad.

    I don't trust any president that wouldn't hold there hand over there heart for "OUR" national anthem...not wear the flag pin OR SAY WHETHER THEY BELIEVE IN GOD or not(DID WE ALL FORGET ALL THE THINGS HE DID WHILE RUNNING FOR PRESIDENCY)...and then this morning have the nerve to use GOD'S name in his speech about remembering 9/11......TOTAL HYPOCRITE...YA I said it ''OUR" President is a hypocrite. I am glad Senator Wilson shouted out LIAR at him the other day...

    So what. You show us you can cut and paste congratulations. Your fonts are horrible. We all trust Laura Bush regarding education. Who trusts Obama. He says judge him by his friends. We have. We know he lies. Ask him about the two bills that the democrats would not pass that would exempt illegal aliens from the health bills. HE LIED LAST NIGHT TO ALL AMERICANS.

    I don't want Obama talking to, touching, or being around my grandchildren. He is a very poor example of a human being considering the company he keeps.
