Some slippers and coffee would make me comfy...

So I was reading through the Texas public information law, when I happened upon this delightful little paragraph:

§ 552.224.  COMFORT AND FACILITY.  The officer for public
information or the officer's agent shall give to a requestor all
reasonable comfort and facility for the full exercise of the right
granted by this chapter.

Since this is the south, and people are so darned hospitable, I'm thinking the bar for all reasonable comfort is pretty high, yes?

    I'd say so - I know I'd request a big, comfy chair, an episode of Friends to watch and maybe a glass of sweet tea while I'm doing whatever it is I need to do.
