The police department's new online crime records have been a mixed bag for me. On one hand, I like the idea of searching recently updated crime stats. Unfortunately, when I log on, the site often says it doesn't have information for Victoria.
I talked to people at the police department and the site's tech support. Both were helpful, but the problems I'm having seem to be temporary glitches that pop up from time to time, then (magically?) fix themselves.
Is anyone else having similar problems? Do you have tips for using the site?
