Hi, Bloggers!!

It's been a while since my last entry. I hope everyone is doing well. The last few weeks have pretty much consisted of Craig recouperating, taking breathing treatments, physical and occupational therapies and getting stronger.

Craig had me a little worried because the light in his eyes was going dim. He felt tired all the time, seemed frustrated and wasn't his usual chipper self. I realize that the whole pneumonia episode took it's toll on his already weakened body, but I guess I just expected him to bounce back in no time. Boy, was I wrong!!

Monday night was his first trip out of the house since coming home from the hospital. I saw a glimpse of the old Craig at the ALS support group meeting. I could feel the love in the room from his peers who were happy to see him out and about. What an incredible group!! I feel so lucky to be in their company.

I don't think I really knew what determination, perseverance and hope really meant until I entered Craig's world. It's overwhelmed me.

The days ahead will without a doubt be challenging, but we take life one day at a time and just roll with the punches. Craig amazes me every day with his positive attitude. That's why I know Team Fox "C" will prevail.

This weekend we will celebrate a milestone birthday for Bailey. I will get to meet one of Craig's cousins for the first time. I know Craig is excited to see her. I will also get to visit Craig's Aunt Donna and Uncle Ed. I haven't seen them in a few weeks.

We were sad to hear that our favorite reporter will leaving soon. We are very happy for her and wish her all the best. I definitely wouldn't be blogging if it weren't for her. I'm just grateful for our modern technology so we will be able to stay in touch easily.

I hope everyone has a great week...well what's left of it. Thanks for reading. Blog you later!!

Love, Alisa
