• There was NO voter fraud. That is a smoke screen. It was registration fraud, and Acorn caught it, then turned the people in. I have a feeling people know this, but it is better for the "cause" to call it voter fraud, than what it really is. Do you believe someone is going to show up at the polls and say "I'm Mickey Mouse and I am here to vote?"  Just silly............................................
Until a person shows up WITH an ID that says Mickey Mouse and tries to vote as Mickey Mouse, no voter fraud has occurred.  I am not a fan of Acorn, but lets get something that is true and real.
Why did McCain give a speech at the Acorn's convention and applaud them for their work, if they are so fraught with fraud. What's good for the goose....................................................

  • This is a distraction by the Republicans.  Registering to vote and voting are 2 different things.  When you can't win honestly, you try to tamp down the number of voters who do show up to vote.  ACORN must turn in all registrations filled out and they do separate those they feel may be fraudulent.  Leaking investigations, or even bringing them up, at election time is illegal.  That is why there is an investigation going on over the firing of the US attorneys because they followed this rule and wouldn't prosecute when they found no problems near the last presidential election.  I went to the last Lyceum speaker and he was very broad-based in his critizing both political parties about how they draw up districts to insure a majority of one party or the other in the district.  All your proposals smack of Big Brother.

  • Good post there alton...but too complicated for ACORN, Husan's baby. So it will never happen.

"The last speaker at the College is so far Left they cannot even be believed"
It's NPR, nothing else to say. The only thing not left is Car Talk, a very funny program even if they all seem to talk yankee hehehehe...
And now they will be fully funded by your tax dollars when Husan gets elected. I wonder if they will come under the fairness doctrine? Naw...

  • Did you listen to the last speaker they had at the Victoria College Lyceum lectures? If you had, all your questions would have been answered and some of your misconceptions would have been corrected you can listen to the speaker in the previous NPR interview here:

    good luck,

  • Most people will claim it is a poll tax as it costs money to get a picture ID.  Also the poor who don't have birth certificates etc. will complain as they need one to get an ID.  Good ideas, will never fly, as it will keep the dead & non-eligibles from voting.
