  • Leadership has nothing to do with American purchasing choices.  Each American makes a choice every time they purchase a product.  We have came addicted to the low cost of buying Asia products.  It did not just start 8 years ago, this trend started some 30 years ago.  No longer does the United States produce televisions, shoes, auto parts, auto batteries, and etc.  We loved the price of foreign televisions at 30 per cent less than American.  I recall wanting to support the last manufacturer of American Televisions-Curis Mathersons.
    I just could not justify spending the extra $200.00 on their televising.  Less than two years later, they shut down their operations.
