• This has been going on a really long time. My oldest is 32, and the second camera phones came out, all his friends bought them, and texted who knows what. The youngest is 21, and it was worse with him. I had to put all kinds of limited access on the phones because of him. He still can't download games, and doesn't have a clue or hasn't been brave enough to ask yet. He probably won't complain, as he values his phone perk.

  • Yea, this is amazing.
I'm one of those mean ol' parents whose kids don't have a cell phone 'cause they can use the phone in school or one that the coach has.  Doesn't mean I can't expect SOME trouble when they hit 15, but since I know many of the tricks of teenagers, they'll have to be pretty crafty to get away with more than I did.

  • DANG!  When I was 15, I didn't know any girls who were that friendly.  Of course, when I was 15, Poloroid cameras were just becoming available and were too expensive for most 15 year-olds.
