  • I remember the good old days of Global Cooling back in the late 70's the facts were non disputable. By the year 2000 ice 15' thick in Dallas,Tx. Average life span 41 years. Food shortages from crop failures. Yes the Ozone hole was getting larger or smaller and that was our doom. I can go on and on. Guess what The Furer said on propaganda was somewhat correct. AAHHHH the good old days

  • Interesting, my oldest and I were just discussing the global warming topic this weekend and the fact that human consumption and fuel using machines still only contribute a minute amount of carbon emmissions compared to natural decay of plants or the out of control fire in Santa Barbara. My solution to the whole issue is this. Take care of our own little speck of the world. I get sick every time I drive by a new development that took out every tree. The trees need the carbon dioxide and then they make the oxygen for us. I'm not a tree hugger, but hub and I always plant 2 trees for every one that has to come down.
We just received letters from companies to protest the cap and trade. Since a lot of our retirement is tied to these companies, you can be sure we will do our part.
