  • Red, you are grasping now. It would not happen. You can not go from an illegal alien to a citizen. Is not going to happen this year and is not going to happen in the next few years. I mean, anyone can play that "it can happen" game, is like me saying that the Aryan nation will finally achieve their goal of creating their own country up in Idaho,N and South Dakota and finally move the "white" race upthere. It could happen but is not going to happen.

  • tafoer - YES! YES! YES!

Sometimes I swear I could shut my eyes and it's like I'm back in 1979, and not in a good way. Didn't we already go through this "presidency" once? And one mess of a president is more than enough in my lifetime, not to mention TWICE.

His term can't be over with soon enough.

  • I'm desperately hoping Peter Schiff wins Dodd's Senate seat. I've donated about $100 to Schiff over the last 6 months. We need more of his reasoned economic foresight in the Senate.

    My 8/7/09 blog on Schiff:

  • Desperate times call for desparate measures...times lines are nothing when illegality is the question. To save face from defeat, wavers will be passed to eliminate timelines as well as the term illegal...

Obama Administration is defiately against the Jewish state of Israel. Behind the scenes much energy is being used to force Israel to turnover Jerusalem so the Palestinian/Arab people can claim the holy city as their capital. The US along with the EU are putting pressure on Israel to split and divide. When this is done the US will split as well and Texas needs to be on the road to self-suffiency prior to that.

The Bible tells us that "I will bless those that bless Israel, and curse those that curse Israel"

Further on, in Joel chapters 2 and 3 you can see what happens to the nations that split Israel...

Now, back to the original subject of #6. The illegality of the matter is what will drive new rules and regulations to prevent illegality. So wavers will be granted for those that apply and ReyRey, when a person becomes a citizen they automatically are registered to vote and only have a 30 day waiting period but, a waver could possibly be signed in to allow current illegal residents to vote...I believe the Clinton administration and carried on by the Bush administration where looking at allowing just anyone to vote locally in elections that resided at an address and registered...kinda of like we don't care if your breaking the law, we just want to know how many of you there are and the administrations were looking for voters...

Alton, I agree with all of your predictions, eventhough I hate to see somemore of the same mess in worse fashion.....Happy New Year everyone!!!2010 is upon US!!!

  • Our man-child President might push for amnesty, but will not get it. He is now a lame duck and just finishing out Jimmy Carter's second term.

  • Alton, most of your predictions are semi common knowledge, however I think that is rather irresponsible for you to suggest number 6 without having some type of data to back it up. For example.
Iran, everybody knows that they are trying their best to get the bomb. Reid, he is done in Nevada. Ginsburg, she has been sick for awhile and being a former ACLU attorney, Obama will have to nominate someone like her to fill her sit. Castro has a 50/50 chance to dying and Kim Jong Il, well, he has been grooming his youngest son to take over for the past few year and is being known to be sick. Now, Number 6, the one about illegal aliens. Correct me if I am wrong here. A person becomes a legal resident and that person has to wait 5 years before he or she can apply to become a citizen. This person must stay completely clean during those years. Unless s/he marries a U.S. citizen then the wait goes down to three. Also a person can join the Military and the waiting period is waived. Now, before a person can the Military, s/he must be at least a legal Resident unless this person has one of the critical languages that they are looking for, if s/he does, this person can enlist just as long as this person is here legally, i.e. student visa, refugee status and a temporary worker's visa. Knowing this, President Obama can push for this illegal alien amnesty and if it passes, they would become legal residents. It would take about 6 years before most of this people can vote, so tell me, how can these people vote in 2010. Sounds like you want to inflict some fear. But I will play your game and let's assume that is the case, the bills passes Congress. This bill would not be ready before summer and then it would be challenge all the way to the Supreme Court. Now, we know that the Court convenes by early summer and does not come back until Oct. So, now we have a semi conservative court (5-4), with Kennedy being a swing vote but most of the time being conservative. So, you take one liberal (Ginsburg and replace her with another liberal) and you still 5-4. So, I do not see this passing but less assume that it does, it would not become into effect until after Oct. So, using your typical time line, a typical citizenship application background check takes about 3 months before you get an answer, so most of these new voters would not be able to vote until sometimes next year, 2011. Maybe I am missing something but do explain to me how can this possibly be done. I know, is only a prediction but I know how people would grab on that single thing and continue with the hate. Thanks and Happy New Year.
