Hey everyone!

It’s been so long since I last blogged, and I’m happy to return to the Victoria Advocate family.

I’d like to thank everybody for their support and well wishes regarding my graduation from the Victoria College. It means a lot to me, and I possibly couldn’t make it through my journey without the support and encouragement from everyone.

Since last month, I’ve been attending the University of Texas in Austin. Austin is a lively city with a lot of events and festivals, live new music, and great food! The motto "Keep Austin Weird" sometimes seems short of describing the laid back and energetic city. I do miss Victoria though as it is my hometown and visit here often.

I’ve had a great first semester there at the beautiful UT campus. It’s mind blowing how huge the campus is, and how much walking is required to get to from just class to class. I’m really looking forward to next semester there and meeting new people. I’ll definitely keep you updated!

Once again, thank you all for your support.

Love, Natasha

  • Natasha - Glad to hear your first semester at UT went well. Have you seen the first issue of CareerFocus magazine that The Victoria College recently published? You are featured on p.8 of the publication.

You can view the online interactive version of the magazine at www.CareerFocusVC.com.

    Good luck with your studies!

  • Ms. Natasha!! So good to see you blogging again, although I can certainly understand the lack of blogs in the past couple of years, given your COLLEGE graduation, extracurricular activities, etc. You are a busy little bee, for sure! So VERY proud of all you have accomplished, and I can't wait to see more blogs updating us on all the new frontiers you will undoubtedly conquer as well!
