INGREDIENTS:

1 tsp H-E-B Canola Oil

1 lb Ground Chicken

1/2 cup Onion, chopped

2 cloves Garlic, minced

32 oz. H-E-B Chicken Broth

1 can Diced Green Chili, drained

2 cups H-E-B Ready Fresh Go spinach, chopped

2 cans Navy Beans, drained and rinsed

1 tsp Cumin


  1. Brown the ground chicken, onions, and garlic in a stockpot over medium high heat for 3 minutes.

  2. Add the chicken broth, chili, spinach, navy beans and cumin to the stock pot.

  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
