With Thanksgiving next week and Christmas soon thereafter, a lot of nonprofit groups have activities and programs going on. Please post them to our calendar or drop me a note so I can get them posted. There is so much going on, keeping up with everything is a challenge, so let's work together to make sure the public knows about your programs, Also, our Helping Hands series continues on Saturday and now is a good time to get your organization in line to be featured. Drop me an e-mail at slong@vicad.com and I'll send you the form needed to be included. It's short and simple. Promise. Have a great Thanksgiving next week and be on the look our for our great nonprofits doing good work during the holidays. The local Salvation Army expects to feed up to 600 on Thanksgiving Day. Thanks to the Salvation Army and all the volunteers and donors who make that possible.
