Scouting out some cookies

Area Girl Scouts will begin selling cookies on Sunday. This year the girls will have the cookies on them when they make the sale, so be sure to have cash in hand or your checkbook ready.

I love Do-Si-Dos...or peanut butter sandwich cookies....so I plan on making a purchase or two.

Speaking of purchases, drop by the Victoria Public Library this week and buy a used book. Proceeds go to the library to help fund programs and buy equipment. While you are there, join the Friends. If nothing else, you'll get to shop at their semi-annual sale a day early during the pre-sale.
