Who is Homes for Heroes?
Homes for Heroes is a community minded company whose purpose is to provide real rebates and real discounts for workforce heroes who are Buying/Selling or Re-financing a home. By teaming up with Redding & Associates Real Estate, City Mortgage Group and other local affiliates we are able to provide full service real estate needs at discounted prices. This program is our way to say “Thank You”.
Who qualifies as a Hero?
Military (Active & Veterans), Law Enforcement, Firefighters, Health Care Personnel, Teachers, Pastors and other everyday heroes who provide extraordinary services to the public.
How much will you actually save?
The final selling or buying price of your home will determine the amount of your savings.
Homes for Heroes Affiliates have agreed to the following rebates and discounts:
25% Rebate on the Gross Brokerage Commission 50% Discount on the Loan Origination fee/even Re-finances $25 off Appraisals $50 off Survey 50% off Closing fee with HFH preferred closing company Flat fee home inspection with Free 1 year termite bond.
For example, a Hero purchasing a $133,300.00 home would save approximately $1,976.00 as compared to a typical real estate transaction. The savings result in a significant reduction of overall cost. YOU WILL SEE THE DIFFERENCE!
