I have to think why a person would put “while you still can” on the end of his “4th of July” statements. The person-in-question needs to practice in what he preaches when it comes to the U.S. Constitution, namely the First Amendment. The person-in-question stated that I, among with a few other persons, do not have the right to stop an insane protestor from shoving pictures of dead and hacked up babies in people’s faces. I have a very long, long memory and I have done some “research” with the always trusty “comment history” button. The person, who preaches the first amendment, must have forgotten his own rule. Three years old, a blog by the same individual, advocates the need to fire a Dallas Mavs Player over his harsh comments about America and white people. Where is the difference?

If it is unlawful to have child porn (and rightly so), then same should be said against having troubling pictures of hacked up children. Which brings me to a side note here, I currently researching and perhaps write a bill to consider such photos to be child pornography. Opps I forgot, a citizen does have to the right to write or propose legislation under the first amendment? You know the right to “petition the government for redress grievances.” This is not my first time, nor last time, to propose ideas or bills to my representatives and leaders. Some of you need to take a look at my past blogs (Education, illegal immigration, and Middle East Peace). Why did I waste my time doing this? Because I do not want a poor person from the rural areas, the ghettos, slums, and armpits in this nation to fight a war started by those in a board room, end up in a failing educational institution, or fail victim by 4th amendment violations and drug lords.

I also have to questioned the usage of “while you still can”. It seems that the author have a concealed motive. Instead of enjoying his freedom, he instead fears something, someone, or some group will target his personal freedoms. The Death of Freedom will not come from a tall skinny Black man in the White House. It might come with a “Golden Cross wrapped in an American flag“. Just as how freedom in Post First World War Japan ended with the overly worship of war, militarism, and glory. The Death of Freedom will come from the very same persons who claims ownership of that freedom. Most of those last summer campaigned, begged, asked, and even threaten this forum to banned an angry young man for what? For speaking his mind? Most of them praise local school districts in banning a back to school address from the President of the United States. Many of you were silent when the 4th, 5th, and 14th amendments were possibly violated at home.

Many of you need to practice what you preach. How many of you actually put the first amendment to the test? I bet my bottom dollar most for you never write to the President, our Senators, our state officals, or to the lowly City Mayor. I also bet people like WM. PAUL TASIN, never visited and help out in Women’s Shelters, adoptions agencies, schools and/or churches. The threat to our liberties is ignorance, Chest beating, paranoid, extreme bias, prejudice, and unhealthy mentalities. Some of you embraced the Military Industrial Complex by still justifying the Iraq War and neo-conservatism. Maybe some of you need to listen to President Dwight Eisenhower’s Farewell address. Some of you embraced the Prison Industrial Complex by refusing to show up at school board meetings, while demanding drug testing of lawful poor people when applying for government assistance. When you treat people like criminals they become one.

Waywardwind aka the person-in-question, there is another freedom, the freedom from ignorance. That freedom to confront, debate, and counter protest and to though my government outlaw harmful things. Child porn, slander, yelling fire in a crowded area, and sparking riots are that of ignorance.

This also brings me to voter rights. Sure the Black Panthers didn’t have the right intimated voters during the 2008 election. Before I go on this is the New radical Black Panther party, not the old 1960’s original. I have to say that because people don’t read history. No one asked why was the Party members there? Maybe because of what happen in 2004. Let me remind you, Republican Ohio State Sec of State Ken Blackwell closed some of the polling places in areas that would not benefited the Bush-Chaney ticket. What I said isn’t a “Rollin Stone“.
