The Dow finally breached 10,000 Wednesday-a number it hasn't seen in more than a year-after flirting with the level for the past month. Traders Cheered

SEATTLE — Worldwide shipments of personal computers edged back up in the third quarter, according to researchers, a promising sign for the industry as it heads into the holiday shopping season.

    Blame Bush and TARP and the other things he did.
    They still blame him for all the problems.
    Barack Hussein did nothing to fix this.

    MO, no guvmint has done anything to fix this. All indicators are we will go down once the money thing goes full tilt.

    I agree, Legion. Wait and see. If it is truly a rebound, it will give us more money to pay this year in taxes.

    This reminds me of the 80's.
    Unemployment keeps going up,we had just survived the OPEC oil embargo,inflation had slowed a little(from the late 70's era), but yet the stock market keeps increasing.

    IMO, no thanks should be given, go ahead and say thanks Obama if you want, I'm glad the stock market has rebounded, but all of this seems eerily familiar.
