Over the past month or so, I have been trying harder to eat healthy. Less calories per day and better quality of those calories. For example, I have become the master at making the 225 calorie or so breakfast burrito. It comes with a large tortilla, two egg whites, salsa, cheese, and turkey. I have also taken a liking to yogurt with granola which has more calories but has good stuff in it.

Every now and then, I will go label reading to change up the eating plan. Lately, I found those beef jerky packages to be a hit. At 100-120 calories per package, those little snacks pack a whopping 22 grams of protein! The bad news is that even the cheap packages are expensive.

What healthy snacks do you gravitate toward? Have you found any that are on the cheap side?
