Yet the truth must be silenced! "Cut the mic!" That's what they did to Phelim McAleer when he dared to question a con man a thousand times worse than Bernie Madoff! You shall not question Al Gore! You shall not question the "One" who says he has a "gift!" You shall not spout truth! It confuses the politically correct, secualr progressives who have turned into the barbarians they have accused conservatives of being for years!
"On October 14, Lord Christopher Monckton, a noted climate change skeptic, gave a presentation at Bethel University in St. Paul, MN. In this 4 minute excerpt from his speech, he issues a dire warning to all Americans regarding the United Nations Climate Change Treaty, scheduled to be signed in Copenhagen in December 2009.
Lord Monckton served as a policy adviser to Margaret Thatcher. He has repeatedly challenged Al Gore to a debate, which Gore has refused. Monckton sued to stop Gore's film "An Inconvenient Truth" from being shown in British schools due to its inaccuracies. The judge found in favor of Monckton, ordering 9 serious errors in the film to be corrected. Lord Monckton travels internationally in an attempt to educate the public about the myth of global warming.
Eleventh hour, at the fifty-ninth minute and fifty-ninth second - OBAMA POISED TO CEDE US SOVEREIGNTY, CLAIMS BRITISH LORD (repub X)
The Minnesota Free Market Institute hosted an event at Bethel University in St. Paul on Wednesday evening. Keynote speaker Lord Christopher Monckton, former science adviser to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, gave a scathing and lengthy presentation, complete with detailed charts, graphs, facts, and figures which culminated in the utter decimation of both the pop culture concept of global warming and the credible threat of any significant anthropomorphic climate change.
A detailed summary of Monckton's presentation will be available here once compiled. However, a segment of his remarks justify immediate publication. If credible, the concern Monckton speaks to may well prove the single most important issue facing the American nation, bigger than health care, bigger than cap and trade, and worth every citizen's focused attention.
Here were Monckton's closing remarks, as dictated from my audio recording:
At [the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference in] Copenhagen, this December, weeks away, a treaty will be signed. Your president will sign it. Most of the third world countries will sign it, because they think they're going to get money out of it. Most of the left-wing regime from the European Union will rubber stamp it. Virtually nobody won't sign it.
I read that treaty. And what it says is this, that a world government is going to be created. The word "government" actually appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity. The second purpose is the transfer of wealth from the countries of the West to third world countries, in satisfication of what is called, coyly, "climate debt" - because we've been burning CO2 and they haven't. We've been screwing up the climate and they haven't. And the third purpose of this new entity, this government, is enforcement.
How many of you think that the word "election" or "democracy" or "vote" or "ballot" occurs anywhere in the 200 pages of that treaty? Quite right, it doesn't appear once. So, at last, the communists who piled out of the Berlin Wall and into the environmental movement, who took over Greenpeace so that my friends who funded it left within a year, because [the communists] captured it - Now the apotheosis as at hand. They are about to impose a communist world government on the world. You have a president who has very strong sympathies with that point of view. He's going to sign it. He'll sign anything. He's a Nobel Peace Prize [winner]; of course he'll sign it.
[laughter]
And the trouble is this; if that treaty is signed, your Constitution says that it takes precedence over your Constitution, and you can't resign from that treaty unless you get agreement from all the other state parties - And because you'll be the biggest paying country, they're not going to let you out of it.
So, thank you, America. You were the beacon of freedom to the world. It is a privilege merely to stand on this soil of freedom while it is still free. But, in the next few weeks, unless you stop it, your president will sign your freedom, your democracy, and your humanity away forever. And neither you nor any subsequent government you may elect will have any power whatsoever to take it back. That is how serious it is. I've read the treaty. I've seen this stuff about [world] government and climate debt and enforcement. They are going to do this to you whether you like it or not.
But I think it is here, here in your great nation, which I so love and I so admire - it is here that perhaps, at this eleventh hour, at the fifty-ninth minute and fifty-ninth second, you will rise up and you will stop your president from signing that dreadful treaty, that purposeless treaty. For there is no problem with climate and, even if there were, an economic treaty does nothing to [help] it.
So I end by saying to you the words that Winston Churchill addressed to your president in the darkest hour before the dawn of freedom in the Second World War. He quoted from your great poet Longfellow:
Sail on, O Ship of State! Sail on, O Union, strong and great! Humanity with all its fears, With all the hopes of future years, Is hanging breathless on thy fate!"
Will our president sign away our soverignty?
Comments
A lot of good comments. I would have to agree with the whole "Chicken Little" phrase, "The sky is falling" on this global warming thing.. Thousands making millions on what to do about nothing.. Hey, they're making a living... ;-)
October 27, 2009 at 1:15 p.m.Legion..."16 thousand years ago .It started seriously warming up, and temperatures reached their present levels around 10 thousand years ago."
I wonder upon whom BO and Algore blame this.
October 27, 2009 at noonIf it were to be referred to honestly, it would be Cap and Tax, NOT Cap and Trade. The primary objective of this legislation is to give the government complete control of almost every aspect of the economy. The trillions (yes, TRILLIONS) of tax dollars raised will be available to the government to dispense as it sees fit, regardless of the promises made prior to enactment.
Seems to me there is some political philosophy that advocates this sort of central, government control of the economy. Gee, I wonder what it is?

October 24, 2009 at 8:43 p.m.Well duh, even the climate change supporters contradict themselves, soooo which is it? warmer today than every before or 6000 years ago 1 or 2 degrees Celsius warmer than today?
Why won't they be honest, this is a nature cycle that has happened time and time again for millions of years. To blame it on human activity, to achieve a completely different political agenda,(cap and trade by the us or by the UN), is a outright lie.
Cap and Trade, call it what it really is.... a very large tax on each and every person. So much for not taxing anyone that makes less than $250K.
October 24, 2009 at 6:43 p.m.The Younger Dryas ended as suddenly at it began, with temperatures jumping 7° C. Since then, the Earth continued warming up until about 6 thousand years ago - the mid-Holocene thermal maximum. The earth was about 1° or 2° Celsius warmer than today ( Warmer than today??). Since then, it's basically been cooling off - not counting various smaller variations.(Warmer than today,I guess it was errr, human activity, but didn't they say in 2006 it was warmer than in a million years?)
From 6000 to 2500 years ago.Things cooled down, with the coolest stretch occuring between 4000 and 2500 years ago.
Then things warmed up for a while, and then they cooled down from 500 to 1000 AD. Yes, the so-called "Dark Ages" were also chilly.
From about 1000 to 1300 AD.European temperatures reached their warmest levels for the last 4000 years
From 1450 AD to 1890. There was a period of cooling, often called the Little Ice Age. This killed off the Icelandic colonies in Greenland.
1900 to 2000.Northern Hemisphere temperatures rising about 1.1° Celsius.
Ok, From 6000 to 2500 years ago,The earth was about 1° or 2° Celsius warmer than today. But the present tempature is the warmest the earth has been???????
October 24, 2009 at 6:34 p.m.65 - 55 million years ago. Oxygen isotope ratios show the ocean was 10° to 15° Celsius warmer than today. For Americans who know nothing of metric units, that's 18°-27° Fahrenheit warmer than now. That's hot!
55 million years ago,Ocean surface temperatures worldwide shot up by 5-8°C for a few thousand years - but in the Arctic, it heated up even more, to a balmy 23°C (73°F)
55 - 34 million years ago. At the start of the Eocene, the continents were close to where they are now, but the average annual temperature in arctic Canada and Siberia was a balmy 18° C (65° F).
34-24 million years ago.Glaciers started forming in Antarctica. The growth of ice sheets led to a dropping of the sea level. Tropical jungles gave ground to cooler woodlands.
24 million years ago. When grasses first became common. It's sort of amazing that something we take so much for granted - grass - can be so new! But grasslands, as opposed to thicker forests and jungles, are characteristic of cooler climates.Indeed, the sequence of developments leading to humans came shortly after the first grasses.
1.8 million years ago.Earth entered an even cooler phase, with jerky temperature variations causing a series of ice ages.
70,000 years ago.. As you probably know, people were around then. The Neanderthalers died out 35 thousand years ago, and the oldest cave paintings are 32 thousand years old. The glaciers reached their maximum extent around 21 thousand years ago, with ice sheets down to the Great Lakes and mouth of the Rhine, and covering the British Isles.
16 thousand years ago .It started seriously warming up, and temperatures reached their present levels around 10 thousand years ago. We can see this from oxygen isotopes in ice from Greenland, and we can see it from the rise of sea levels.
In September 2006. With just one more degree Celsius of warming, it'll be hotter than ever in the last million years.*** (pay attention to that statement).
Though things have basically been warming up in the last 16 thousand years, there was a severe cold spell between 12.9 and 11.5 thousand years ago.
October 24, 2009 at 6:31 p.m.Now you're just being sassy, Kenneth.
Look at the quotations? Let's do that.
Here, I'll show you where you open and close them the first time.

Hence my confusion as to the origins and content of your blog...
October 24, 2009 at 6:16 p.m.So you're the one. :-)
Sorry couldn't help it.
October 24, 2009 at 4:15 p.m.Everyday, I fear more and more, that our beloved USA may not survive four (and certainly not eight) years of this jackass Obama. I have noticed that there are fewer and fewer people around that will own up to having voted for him, out of sheer embarassment I'm sure.
October 24, 2009 at 1:21 p.m.ex, look at the quotation marks. It's rather obvious. However, I did indeed neglect to cite the source. OneNewsNow and various others.
October 24, 2009 at 11:54 a.m.It's more of a one big theory to achieve a one world government plus more, and yes the theory is true so we must all stop it now.
October 24, 2009 at 10:09 a.m.Let me rephrase, sorry.
Did you write this, or find it somewhere else and repost it? I can't find a source in your blog, but it reads like someone else wrote it. I'm just wondering where this can be found if it's not all an original work, and where what you're saying ends and the article (or repost from a discussion somewhere) begins.
October 24, 2009 at 8:55 a.m.I removed no posts on this particular blog.
Mad, some years ago there were dozens of theories about one world governance and how that might effect the soverignty of the US.
Now, after many years, the characters so often spoken of in those theories are coming out and admitting their aim is indeed one world government.
The documentation is there for all to see and those characters are actually bragging about it. I blogged early last year about this and quoted some of those characters from public speeches.
Being a reformed Trekkie, I can see the difference in the political views of Gene Roddenberry and Rick Berman. One need only read the STNG books and see those episodes and compare them to the original series to see the stark difference in the politics.
I was one of those whose eyes would glaze over and began looking for a way to escape when someone began talking about this stuff just a few years ago but today that has changed.
I have a liberal friend who's a strong nationalist that sees the same problem here.
