One American city with the most infamously corrupt political machines is Chicago!
It's political bounty from which we have Barak Obama!
Recently, in typical Chicago style, Obama went around the leadership of the National Chamber of Commerce and tried to get members to leave that organization in retaliation for the organization's refusal to back cap & trade and Obamacare.
Likewise, Obama tried to circumvent the White House media pool and have Fox News ommitted from a press conference/briefing.
At what point-at what new outrage will the defenders of this usurper finally understand his inherently evil and fascist/communist political style?
On the other side of that same coin, when will republican apologists finally clear out the ranks of politicians that spend money our troops need in their own districts? If they fail to do this, and I believe they will, they are just as bad as the people they consistantly whine about!
On the political spectrum, judging on voting records and policies, GWB was slightly left of center and McCain was a little left of that!
Both believed in deficit spending and neither had the intelligence to learn from history. The liberal, secular progressive left should have been fairly happy with both.
So a middle right winger like myself is then considered in the same ranks as the KKK or the Nazis. This characterization is not only incorrect, it's insulting and is an indication of just how far to the left the left really is.

"Moonbats!" Chuckle! There were a lot of Rockafeller/Country Club republicans and Evangelical Christians that had a big part in putting this man in office! The republican national committee helped put this man in office! John McCain helped put him in office! And without all of the above we wouldn't even know Obama's name! Come to think of it, who is he anyway?
October 29, 2009 at 12:53 a.m.Ken. I hope pastors who continue to teach that homosexuality is sinful per God's word will not be persecuted or prosecuted after today's signing of the amendment to the federal hate crime bill. An unprovoked physical assault on any human being is wrong, and should be prosecuted. I have seen articles which indicate this bill is to address physical attacks only, but I can see where this could be another step to stymie evangelical Christians from speaking their opinion about homosexuality.
October 28, 2009 at 10:01 p.m.You were expecting anything else from this administration and this almost 3 year old Congress?
Those that put their hands on a book and SWORE to uphold the Constitution of the United States. To put it plainly, LIED and said they would uphold it.
