In light of the recent editorial board's opinion concerning use of the term "Nazi" when referring to the Obama Administration's political policies, I thought I might re-publish this definition and expound on the anecdotal evidence to back up my assertions.

"So I may free myself of the tag of "name-calling" allow me to examine the definition of the term Nazi or National Socialist.

From www.freedictionary.com

Noun 1. national socialism - a form of socialism featuring racism and expansionism and obedience to a strong leader Nazism, Nazism fascism - a political theory advocating an authoritarian hierarchical government (as opposed to democracy or liberalism) socialist economy, socialism - an economic system based on state ownership of capital

"A form of socialism featuring racism..." Ok, we see more of that every day coming out of Washington and out of our own hometown papers and blogs. If you disagree with this president you must be a racist. You must be a bigot. The race card is played so often it's just about a daily occurance and race baiting has now become a profession!

"...expansionism..." Oh yes! There is a hundred-fold expansion of government and it's control over the people it rules. The appointment of almost 50 czars to micro-manage government and intimidate any who oppose them.

"...and obedience to a strong ruler..." There you go! A ruler, who for the first time in American history, is developing a snitch system just like Hitler did! Just like Fidel Castro! Report your neighbor! A supreme leader who stood silent while union thugs and Black Panthers intimidated and bullied people who oppose him and his policies! An omnipotent potentate who uses radical homosexuals (Brown Shirts) to push his national socialist agenda! And those who dare question his leadership, like "Joe the Plumber" are quickly investigated and moved upon by his stooges in government! Yup, that's an accurate description of a "strong ruler!"

"...a political theory advocating an authoritarian hierarchical government..." Yes! We now have a hierarchy of un-elected czars that have no legal authority but are able to organize intimidation of those who oppose tyrannical government! Their job is to micro-manage both government and private industry! Just like Hitler's SS!

"...an economic system based on state ownership of capital..." Does GM, Government Motors, ring a bell for anyone? What industry is next?

It should, therefore, be established and beyond debate that when I speak of the Nazi in the White House I am not just name-calling, I am using an accurate, well defined DESCRIPTION!"

And now let me expound and back up my assertions;

"Evidence and proof-of-facts are irrelevent in an age when truth is not cherished!"

An old Hebrew proverb says that the truth is the most powerful thing in existence. It never changes! Indeed the truth today is the same as the truth yesterday. Truth is never relative! It is steadfast and never changing.

So let us examine the "truth;"

The Obama administration has promoted genocide against the black and Hispanic races with it's unwavering support for Planned Parenthood. An agency which was started, and is in existence today, to thin the population of "human weeds" which it's founder, Margaret Sanger used to describe blacks and Hispanics. This is the truth. It is an established fact and beyond debate.

In a direct and blatant attack on the First Amendment the Obama administration has, for the first time in this nation's history, issued a gag order on a private healthcare corporation using the justice department to threaten a law suit in order to stop that corporation from informing their elderly customers of potential dangers to their health care from present versions of the democrat's health care reform proposals. This is a well-established fact and beyond debate.

For the first time in the history of this country a sitting presidental administration has been caught red-handed asking a national organization it heavily funds with taxdollars to produce art supporting it's policies. This is an established fact and beyond debate.

For the first time in the history of this nation a sitting president has appointed a "science czar" that has advocated forced sterilization, genocide against living infants and the use of sterilizing drugs in drinking water. This is a well documented and established fact and beyond debate.

For the first time in the history of this nation a sitting president has used taxdollars to take over the majority ownership of a private manufacturer and fire it's Chief Executive Officer.

For the first time in the history of this nation a sitting president has attempted to indoctrinate school children to support his political agenda just as the Communist Chinese in the 50s and the National Socialists of Germany did in the 30s and 40s. This is a well documented and established fact and beyond debate.

Now, as all of this information is readily available at snopes.com and factcheck.com I don't expect to hear a lot of whining! All of the above is right down the political line of National Socialism/Communism. Political theories that American soldiers have fought and died to save this nation and the world from!

Therefore, I find the editorial board's silly play on words to be offensive to me! They continue to sit around and knead their silly putty dreaming up stuff like this! When I swore and oath to "protect and defend the Constitution of the United States" upon entering this nation's military, I did not relinquish that oath upon discharge! Nor shall I relinquish my right under the First Amendment to dissent against my government or label it's actions by a proper definition.

National Socialism and Communism are not far from each other when it comes to human rights and government control. Therefore, the editorial board's comparison had little validity and demonstrated an inability to comprehend the similarities!

I shall continue to ask questions of this administration they do not wish to answer as I was not bashful in asking questions of the last president he did not wish to answer!

I shall not be gagged or silenced by the simpering, limp-wristed, hand-wringing, milk-toast, whining complaints of liberals and so-called conservatives who have long tried and failed to silence me!

I shall never drink the kool-aid!

  • forgot to mention your statment on rationed care. I don't believe for a minute that is what the bill is about. It's fearmongering, plain and simple, and what I don't understand is how a man that thinks he is intelligent, could think otherwise.

  • ..."And you have the unmitigated gall to use the name of God when defending a man who believes "women's health care" is aborting an innocent child in it's mother's womb? That is really sick!"...

You bet I do. We differ on our interpretation of abortion, so just leave it at that. You are not the know-all, end-all authority on what God accepts and what He doesn't, and quit trying to convince yourself and others that you do.

    September 26, 2009 at 1:36 p.m.

  • Ken...Yeah, I'm brighter than that. I am bright enough to know that Planned Parenthood never pulls an unwilling woman off the street and aborts her fetus. EVERY one of the women who've had abortions at PP have gone to them seeking the procedure. If there are more black and hispanic women having abortions, maybe it's because there are more black and hispanic women who feel they need one. I'm bright enough to know that if a black or hispanic woman doesn't want an abortion, they won't go to PP asking for one. PP doesn't turn anyone away like my doctor did me. If a person shows up at their door, they will help. If it's literature about how reproduction works, if it's vasectomy, if it's abortion, they will help. Calling it genocide is propaganda -- nothing less. Maybe you're better at research than I am, but I haven't found a single example of a woman having an abortion at PP when she wanted to carry her pregnancy to term and give birth. If you can find examples of that happening, post them and maybe I'll finally believe you. Till then, I'm thinking that you don't like abortion and will say anything that comes to mind to oppose it.

    September 26, 2009 at 1:25 p.m.

  • Ken, I'm not buying your genocide assertions. For that to be true, Planned Parenthood would have to be a government agency roaming around snatching up pregnant black and hispanic women to kill their fetuses. It just ain't so and your statement that your assertions are beyond debate don't make it so. Yes, Planned Parenthood provides abortions to those who seek them. That's key -- the people obtaining abortions go to Planned Parenthood for help. Planned Parenthood doesn't force abortions onto the unwilling.

You ignore the other services PP offers. Education in the reproductive functions of the human body is offered to those who don't have the knowlege they need. I went for a vasectomy after my doctor refused my request because I didn't have any kids. The idiot couldn't believe that I wanted to NEVER have any. Planned Parenthood not only provided the service I requested, they did it a price that was far lower than I would have paid my doctor. You know what, Ken? That vasectomy possibly PREVENTED an abortion from taking place! If all PP was interested in is "killing babies" why would they provide the means to prevent the necessity for wanting one?

  • Ken: Your premise that Planned Parenthood was/is a veiled program of "genocide" against Blacks and Hispanics is absurd. The argument got no traction in the past and it is still spinning its wheels today. Your listing of a few Black public figures to bolster the "validity" of your argument mirrors the media coverage of the RNC nomination process in which the cameras would repeatedly show us closeups of a smattering of Black faces to bolster the argument that the Republican Party was not just a bunch of old white people.

As for the need for a "science czar", perhaps if the last administration hadn't muddied the waters so badly between science and theology there wouldn't be a need to reeducate the public. Your creative use of euphemisms like "genocide against living infants" instead of "abortion" belies your claim of being a straight talker speaking truth to power.

Please provide some specifics to your assertion that homosexuals are the Brown Shirts of the Obama administration. I do not recall seeing a legion of gays/lesbians/transgenders goose-stepping down Pennsylvania Avenue in front of the White House.

Finally, let's address your assertion that President Obama attempted to indoctrinate school children to support his political agenda. Your statement is a lie. Let me say that again. YOUR STATEMENT IS A LIE. It is meant to mislead the uninformed and enrage those who blindly follow your vitriolic rhetoric. You attempt to condemn the President and his administration for what YOU believe he "would have said" or "wanted to say" while ignoring or dismissing what he actually said.

I am sorry the world isn't the way you would like it but I am tired of your hate fueled tirades and your interpretations of "The World According To Schustereit." How terrible it must be to live in a society you loathe so much and be powerless to change that which you hate so fully. I feel sorry for you. I hope somebody sees this post before you delete it.

  • Oh, and Kenneth, I am totally responsible for my mom. I am taking care of her, but I could not do it without her SS check, or her Medicare. That is what makes it possible for me to do what is best for her. She is now in a very nice assisted living home because she is getting more mental stimulation there than what I can provide for her at my home. She can interact with more people, they have activities for them, she has her own apartment (room) to take care of, and she is eating 3 healthy, well-balanced meals a day (she is pre-diabetic). I could not do that without her SS checks to help with the costs. When she is no longer able to stay there (she has Alzheimer's), she will go to the best rest home that I can find, and after she exhausts all of her money, Medicaid will start to cover the costs.
You see Kenneth, she doesn't want to be a bother to me or my family, she wants to be somewhat independent, and she needs to interact with people, to keep her mind as sharp as she can, for as long as she can. Sitting at my home and doing nothing but feeling in the way, talking to the same people every day, just will not do it for her.
Oh, and she just had major back surgery to correct 2 compression fractures and a bulging disc. It costs over $100,000 and counting. There is no way I could have afforded that, so without government help, she would have had to suffer in horrible pain for years and probably become paralyzed in time.
I, for one, know that government programs for the elderly are a gift from God.

    September 26, 2009 at 9:19 a.m.

  • Let me tell you a little story about before there was any help for elderly parents. My grandmother was a teenager when she awoke to her father standing over here one night with an ax, she moved just before he swung. He barely missed her face. In his older years, he had lost his mind, but there was nowhere to go for help.
Kenneth, did you stay home with your parents, have your family in their home, help them with every cost? Did you expect your wife to do it? Your kids?

Sure it was a better time back then. LIfe was simpler, but how many people would want to do that today? How many families could take care of their parents in today's economy. How many would?

  • I'm gonna comment about the czars. Read this

    September 25, 2009 at 6:55 p.m.

  • Off we go on another tangent...

    September 25, 2009 at 5:25 p.m.

  • I wonder if most people remember what it was like before Medicare and SS. That's when kids were totally responsible for their aging parents and all of their increasing medical needs. Could people still live like that in today's economy where both adults in the household have to work to pay the bills? I'm thinking that some people who don't agree with the programs would be the first ones to cry about it.

    September 25, 2009 at 5:10 p.m.

  • While I'm not implying, any insight as to President Obamas actions, "The argument that Planned Parenthood was being used, as an attempt to facilitate a program of passive genocide against certain ethnic groups"; has been made in the past.

To be fair, I believe this argument was made; against Republicans. I'm a die hard Democrat, but I'm no hypocrite.

I would also like to point out that during the passage of "Social Security", many considered it an attempt at "socialism". I've been reading a lot of old newspaper articles, that someone was kind enough to make me privy too. It takes a long time to go through them, especially when you can't take them home.

    September 25, 2009 at 5:01 p.m.

  • Surely you jest. *rolling eyes* (and) *shaking head*

    September 25, 2009 at 4:21 p.m.

  • You've already drank the kool-aid.

"The Obama administration has promoted genocide against the black and Hispanic races.... This is the truth. It is an established fact and beyond debate."

OK! You need another screed so you can "define" the truthiness about your definition of "genocide." I have to hand it to you, you've got Colbert nailed to a tee. Very funny!

Did you actually read Obama's address to the school kids? I'd like to see you do your Colbert deconstruction of it because it seems pretty harmless to me.

Keep up the humor! We need more like you in tough times like these.
