Field of Dreams gone Wrong

Should private schools allow parents to have extra sets of keys to the Field of Dreams. If you ever driven by the field. You can see parents and their kids practice soft ball as well as kids from Saint Joe who are using the field. So some of the kids have keys to the field when they want too use it for practice. Is it because the families who have donated money to the school get the keys and have access to the machine the pitch the balls to the kids. Sometimes you can see the assist. Coach out there helping the parents and the kids learn to play, but if I am correct. No coach can be around student athletes that are not in season to get an unfair advantage over another team. So they would be violating the rules like UIL but for private schools. They field should be off limits unless every team of Victoria can have access to the fields. They field should not be only for the privilege, but for those who want to play. They need to lock it up unless the school is practice during season and quit violating the rules of private school.

    green, I wanted to inform you that UIL and TAPPS have differ rules. Are they using pvt. school equipment?? Know the rules.

    UIL is stricter with consquences. Your admin let go a head coach recently but other h/c seem to go untouched. Thats your schools problem and you guys pay for your education and athletics. Call the builder of the complex. Get his input.

    As for the field people can rent it by contracting a field, etc. Is it being abused? Of course. Will it be fixed? No. The field is pvt. The field is rented. No school items in use. I don't know. Now you can be nick picky and find something. Sure. Report it. Get it off your chest, I guess. UIL has watchdogs (parents/other isd's) who will call in a heartbeat. TAAPS is well its different.

    There is NO softball field at the Sr. public campus. Maybe its a isd parent just helping his kid?!?!

    There is a new dead season coming next year for pvt. hs sports. Its probably due to issues you mentioned. Recruiting goes on as well. It does. Differ story. Recruiting is scholarship kids. They play over the dad's club kids and then trouble arises.
